Currently, Sei Lisa is an official business partner of Auryn Beorn in "Black Tulip". Sei Lisa is granted explicit permission to redistribute as full permissions/copy+transfer, items created by Auryn Beorn.
If anybody else ever has this permission granted, it will be stated here.
