Black Tulip... Turns Five!

Black tulip turns five! And we're continuing with our tradition of making a 50% off sale in *all* our stores. (Please check note.)

Sale is up until January 8th, which will be the last day. After that date, some items will be retired to make room for new releases. Those items will be retired from Marketplace as well.

New website in the works

At Black Tulip we're always trying to improve our customers' experience, and for that reason, we want to let you know that we're currently working on a major website redesign. The new website will include a clients area, which will be particularly useful to customers purchasing the Blender books.

We would like to take the chance to remind you that there are several ways of contacting us, should you have any problem with our products and services:

• Questions prior to any purchase, notifications of any kind of issue (from a mistaken price to a griefer at the store), suggestions: IM Auryn Beorn inworld. Don't worry and state your question as you open your IM! The sooner she knows what you need, the sooner she can help you. Also, don't worry if her profile shows her as offline: She receives offline IMs on her e-mail and will often get back to you when offline.
• Problems setting up a script: Use the Customer Service Form. Please fill it out with as much detail as possible. The more we know about the problem, the less time you'll have to wait to have it fixed.
• Double purchases, redelivery of items, custom work: Use the Customer Service Form.

We also want to remind you that Black Tulip is close to its fifth anniversary, and there will be a 50% off in all stores: Designers (scripts, books, mesh, animations), Poses and Props, Home and Garden, and Darkness.

Black Tulip... Turns Four!

Black Tulip started selling "class in a box" packs, then slowly added scripts for designers, tools for business, animations... then it came mesh... then since a year ago, poses and props... now some more of home and garden too... And here we are! Four years after. Hopefully, up for at least four more! Thank you everybody for your continued support, and let's make of 2015 an even better year. While 2015 arrives... 50% off sale, to celebrate.

Black Tulip joins Woeful Wednesday

Woeful Wednesday is a weekly event focused in unique horror and macabre creations, and Black Tulip has just joined in. Offers for this event are set to L$50 and last only during Wednesday. There's a room in the main store where items for this specific event will be placed.

Today is Auryn's birthday, and to celebrate it, she's dropped a new build and set everything in the store 50% off.

Announce: Script Assistance Form

As of 2013-06-30, it is mandatory to use the form linked in the pages header, Script Assistance Form, to request assistance for any of the scripts you have purchased. If you have issues with a script working, please, fill the form giving all the requested information. Incomplete forms will not be answered to. Thanks so much for your help!

Sei Lisa joins "Black Tulip"

Let's welcome Sei Lisa to "Black Tulip". She's a very skilled scripter that has joined me and will surprise us with RLV enabled and adult items as well as other tools and amazing animated items.

I'm very glad to have her here, and soon you will know of her creations.

Migrating to Direct Delivery

Please be patient with me. I have to migrate (including a review of all landmarks, links, licenses and other details) 70 items, and I'll be uploading the about 50 new ones. Not a huge listing, I know, but I would like to have it done today. It will be worth it. I'm already loving Direct Delivery and the new options.

Coming soon: Adult Store

While I finish testing several new tools (scripts) for builders, working in a 4096 sqm parcel dedicated exclusively to hold the "Home and Garden" furniture store that will also participate in the "Home and Garden Expo" (more information, soon) and my classes, I'm also about to finish, most likely this weekend, testing, packaging and releasing some items in... a store in adult land.

This means that, yes, some of my new items won't be available for the general public, only for age verified avatars. It's a new venture that I wish it gets to a good term. I will, of course, continue with the educational and scripting tasks. It's just, one more aspect that I wanted to cover in SL.
